Customer Support Manager - 10 Month FTCFarnborough | Hybrid | £35,000-£38,000 | Immediate Start Are you an experienced Customer Support Manager looking for your next opportunity?We're recruiting for a 10-month maternity cover contract with an established business based in Farnborough. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support, team management, sales administration and supplier coordination. An immediate start is essential to allow for a full handover with the current manager. What you'll be doing: Managing a busy B2B customer support inbox Acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers Providing day-to-day support to the Sales team Managing and supporting members of the Customer Support team Handling customer queries and complaints through to resolution Supporting quotes, contracts, renewals and invoicing Ensuring customer requests and internal actions are followed up promptly Managing supplier portals, purchase orders and general administration Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat we're looking for: Minimum 2 years' customer service/customer management experience Previous team management or supervisory experience Salesforce experience is essential Confident B2B communication skills Excellent organisation and time management Strong attention to detail Self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership Able to switch between different responsibilities and priorities Immediately available or able to start at very short notice** Please only apply if you live within driving distance to Farnborough, you are available immediately or on short notice (no more than a week) and if you have relevant Customer service / management experience** £35,000-£38,000 | 10-month FTC | Hybrid working | FarnboroughA fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Support professional who enjoys variety, responsibility and working across different areas of a business.
