Your new role As the Credit Control Supervisor, you will take ownership of the credit control function, ensuring timely debt collection, accurate reporting, and effective team leadership. This is a hands on role where you will oversee day to day activity, manage escalations and play a key part in improving processes and supporting financial stability across the organisation.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Supervise credit control activity - lead, support and develop a team of credit controllers
