Your new role
Take full ownership of financial operations across a portfolio of holding entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial governance. Lead a small finance team while overseeing month-end and year-end close processes end-to-end. Manage intercompany transactions, multi-entity coordination and provide insightful balance sheet, P&L and cash-flow analysis. Collaborate with global teams on reporting requirements and support statutory accounts preparation. Deliver cash-flow forecasts, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and manage indirect tax filings. Strengthen internal controls, support group audits and drive continuous process improvement across finance operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience in a senior finance role, including management of a small team.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with IFRS experience and an ACA/ACCA/CAANZ or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
- Proven experience managing month-end close, statutory reporting and intercompany processes in an international environment.
- Confident communicator able to collaborate across functions and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
