Finance Business Partner (Hospitality) in City of London

Your new company A highly successful and rapidly growing hospitality business is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a newly created role within its expanding finance team. Your new role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders across the business, providing insight, challenge, and financial support to drive performance. Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with operational leaders to support commercial decision-making and business growth Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple sites Delivering meaningful analysis and actionable insights into business performance Supporting month-end reporting and variance analysis Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency Producing reporting packs and presenting financial results to key stakeholders Supporting strategic projects, new site openings, and investment decisions Helping to embed a strong commercial finance culture across the business What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role Hospitality, leisure, retail or other multi-site sector experience would be highly advantageous Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences Excellent analytical and commercial acumen Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment What you'll get in return £60,000 - £70,000 salary Hybrid working model Opportunity to join a fast-growing and exciting hospitality brand Newly created role with significant scope to add value and make an impact Strong team culture and supportive leadership team Excellent career development opportunities as the business continues to expand What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
