The Role
You will support the manufacturing process in a high profile service sector business via the provision of superb data, all oriented around the management and presentation of manufacturing data. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of new inventory planning processes, working with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure that the correct methodology is applied. You will work with large amounts of data obtained from both the manufacturing ERP and the Financial ERP, using appropriate technology and reporting suites to present the data in a simple and relevant framework to senior managers. This is very much an improvement role; building on the foundation of what the business has currently and helping drive and implement best practice.
The Person
This is an ideal FTC role for a Qualified or QBE or Finalist Finance professional with a desire to work in a more data-oriented environment, who has had proven experience in a manufacturing environment. This role could also suit a Practice trained individual as audit and process experience will be relevant. You will have strong manufacturing experience, understand BOM, cost cards, and be able to provide analytical rigour to the processes. You must effectively challenge the current processes and drive improvement.
