The Role

You will play an important role in coordinating planning activity and keeping key processes organised and on track. This includes supporting a major planning application as well as managing a range of smaller submissions. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Maintaining accurate and organised planning records and documentation
  • Monitoring planning conditions and Section 106 obligations
  • Coordinating information from internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting stakeholder and community engagement activities
  • Assisting with responses to planning-related queries
