Your new role: Joining as a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will work in a role that goes far beyond traditional property management. You will play a role in the planning and delivery of development projects across the site, contributing to the long-term masterplan and supporting aspirations for growth. Your work will be varied, and will span land and site acquisitions, managing joint venture partnerships, optimising land use, and overseeing landlord and tenant matters. Alongside the technical and strategic elements of the role, you will lead a growing team of property professionals, including estate surveyors, property managers and more - providing dynamic, agile, and inspirational leadership for this team.
