The predicted salary is between 24 - 24 Β£ per hour.
Hays are delighted to partner with a local public sector organisation for an initial 6-month assignment with strong temp-to-perm potential. The role involves leading complex tenders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with UK procurement legislation.
Key duties include:
- Delivering a varied procurement pipeline and tender exercises
- Developing procurement strategy, policies and processes
- Driving governance, compliance, value for money and innovation
- Providing advice on contract management (Intend)
- Maintaining the Contract Register and e-tendering systems
- Supporting spend analysis, training, FOIs and procurement content
Requirements:
- Public sector procurement experience is required.
- PA23 training preferred
- CIPS qualified / studying towards / willing to study
Hours: Full-time (37 hours)
Location: Warwick, 1-2 days per week on-site
