An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Systems & Information Advisor to support a major systems transformation programme within a busy procurement and commercial function within a Government organisation. This role will play a key part in migrating contract data from Atamis into Workday, improving spend visibility, strengthening commercial reporting, and ensuring procurement information is accurate, accessible, and aligned across systems.
Your new role:
- Lead and support the migration of contract records from Atamis into Workday
- Create and maintain accurate contract and supplier records within Workday
- Review and cleanse legacy contract data to improve quality and compliance
- Support the alignment of purchase orders with contract records
- Produce reports on legacy agreements, contract utilisation, and spend under contract
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between commercial and financial data
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and wider business stakeholders to improve reporting and governance
- Support procurement policy compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) experience
- Previous experience using both Atamis and Workday
- Experience supporting systems migration or data migration projects
- Ability to analyse and validate complex datasets
- Strong reporting and management information experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within procurement, commercial, finance, or contract management environments
- Knowledge of public sector procurement policy and legislation
- Experience of spend analysis and contract reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using Power BI or reporting tools
