I am working with a creative leisure business based in central London (South), hiring a qualified Accountant to join the business as SME Financial Controller. You will be working for a collaborative, friendly and inclusive business, reporting to the CEO and working closely with owners and business leaders daily.
Your new role
As an SME Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the finance team
- Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Cashflow planning
- Day to day and long-term finance function planning
- Management of one junior finance member
- Oversight of HR/Payroll
What you’ll need to succeed
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified
- SME sector experience (ability to work in an SME)
- Experience working with retail, leisure, events, arts gallery or not-for-profit / charities
- Payroll exposure
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
