They are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites in Cumbria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality., Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
