Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value, monitoring cash flow and valuation plans, managing subcontract tender processes, managing subcontractor accounts as well as providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.

In order to be successful, you will have a degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying (or experience equivalent). Ideally, you will have experience in working on Network Rail Projects, HS2, Civils or infrastructure. Finally, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
