You will be responsible for overseeing the following:

To provide assistance, support and advice on all commercial issues within the Project(s).

Encourage and develop a culture of commercial awareness within the team.

Preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be required.

Preparation of Valuations/Application for payment with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.

Preparation of Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentation.

Preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.

Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts.
Key attributes you must possess:
Overall, you must be able to guide and manage a small team of junior QSs, as well as providing a positive outlook towards your work and be naturally innovative in seeking solutions. You must be able to effectively assess information within normal areas of responsibility; question evidence and findings in order to highlight and communicate issues. You will be able to process straightforward information with accuracy; have the ability to listen and ask questions to clarify understanding as necessary.
