A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a period of 4 to 6 months, based in Hatfield (Hybrid - 2 days per week).

Facilitating and leading workshops to obtain and validate requirements and processes, making sure that they are aligned to the holistic goals. You will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.

Brief overview of team: The Chief Technology Office Business Analyst Team works on strategic projects and innovations. We collaborate with Strategic Partners and Engagement Leads to explore and deliver in line with company, department, and long-term goals.

  • Provide relevant, secure, performant, and sustainable technology solutions that enable our delivery organisations and Customers.

Requirement Elicitation and Documentation:

  • Working with a range of stakeholders internally within Group IS and across the business to define high-level requirements, processes, user stories, and identifying pain points of existing processes.
  • Responsible for requirement elicitation and validation on a variety of diverse, complex, and high-profile engagements.

Performing GAP Analysis:

  • Identifying opportunities and solutions that align with company objectives.
  • Adopt best practices and frameworks supporting our strategic tools and standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Foster collaboration and trust by providing clear communication, consistency, and reliable results.
  • Cross-functional and cross-country team collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, supporting stakeholders in making informed business decisions.
