Job Description
An Administrator/Receptionist role is available at a Secondary School in Bolton. The Receptionist and Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the School within the Multi-Academy Trust. This position is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming reception service to all stakeholders, including pupils, parents/carers, staff, and visitors.

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary, Temp to Perm Available
Hours: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain manual and computerised records
- Manage the school's email inbox, responding to queries and directing emails to the relevant member of staff
- Provide general administrative support within the school office
- Undertake general financial administration where necessary
- Manage a busy reception desk, proving a friendly and professional service, acting and a first point of contact for visitors
- Handle incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant member of staff
- Monitor and maintain an accurate record of student attendance, producing reports as necessary
