A social housing provider is looking for a multiskilled bricklayer to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be covering an area between Lincoln,Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea and Alford so you’ll need to be based within these regions.
Working hours: 8-4:30, Monday to Friday

Your new role
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you’ll be completing patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:
Tile and slate
Felting roofs
Flat roofs
Ridge and hip tiles
Chimneys
Flashing
Pointing
Rain water gutters and down pipes
What you’ll need to succeed
Significant time-served experience and/or a relevant qualification
Ideally you will have worked in a social housing or maintenance environment in the past
Full UK driving licence required
Must be able to pass a DBS check
Must be a friendly, adaptable and driven individual in order to provide the best service to our tenants at all times.
