Your new role
As a highly experienced IT Business Analyst within the Repo space, you will lead the analysis, design, and delivery of technical, functional, and data-driven solutions for Risk Management technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to define requirements, design end-to-end architecture, and implement scalable, secure systems that integrate legacy and modern platforms. Your role will span technical analysis, system design, documentation, testing, and support, while driving strategic technology initiatives and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives across the EMEA region.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or technical analysis within financial services.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, XML, Python, Power Apps, and BPMN.
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrated solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with ECB Risk & Finance Data Models and banking products (Repo is a must).
- Agile experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect) are preferred.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage competing priorities under pressure.
