Hays Construction are working alongside this highly established business in recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team
Based at their offices in Warrington, you’ll be joining a reputable Contractor who are heavily established in the Northwest and a key figure in the Construction Industry
You’ll be joining their Property Services and Maintenance division, which is currently in a period of sustained growth.
They work on various frameworks, so you must have experience of working on schedules of rates and ideally Measured Term Contracts, and be fully proficient with JCT
You will be working on projects in range from 5k to 500k, and you will have experience working on small works, reactive / minor works, and also NHS / FM / PFI type projects
You will have excellent commercial acumen and be experienced with CVR’s, cost forecasting, management of valuations, variations and management of subcontractors
In addition to an excellent benefits package, they also offer hybrid working between office, site and home working
