You must have relevant experience working with 11 – 16-year-olds within the last 2 years, and we must be able to obtain relevant references for this time. You should have a professional manner and a flexible attitude to working and timetable changes. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about working with young people.
