You must have relevant experience working with 11 – 16-year-olds within the last 2 years, and we must be able to obtain relevant references for this time. You should have a professional manner and a flexible attitude to working and timetable changes. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about working with young people. Strong behaviour management and the ability to implement schools’ behaviour polices is also essential., + Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT’s welcome to apply.
