You will be working for a regional contractor with an excellent reputation who has national projects with major retailers across the UK.
Your new role
As the Project Manager on their commercial retail projects, you will be responsible for:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
You will be largely site based on projects located across the UK.
