Your Role
We\’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist to manage the financial reporting and consolidation for our UK holding structures. This is a critical role, offering direct collaboration with the Group CFO, Executive Board, and key investment partners. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Producing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
2. Ensuring precise month-end closing procedures.
3. Participating in audits.
4. Generating financial reports for stakeholders.
5. Supporting group finance initiatives, including acquisitions.
6. Implementing and managing consolidation tools.
7. Maintaining UK regulatory compliance.
8. Contributing to treasury and cash flow management.
9. Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses.

What you\’ll need to succeed

1. ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Proven experience with IFRS and UK GAAP.
3. Exceptional analytical and advanced Excel skills.
4. A proactive, self-starting approach with strong deadline management.
5. Fluency in English and Polish.
