This small design practice is located in Warrington, close to a railway station and with free parking on site. They work on high end residential and some commercial and retail projects across the region, and all their work is undertaken with Revit. They are looking to hire a Part II Assistant with professional work experience in the UK, and good revit skills – alternatively, they may consider an Architectural Technologist with proven professional experience.
Your new role
You will be working alongside a company Director, taking responsibility for the design and technical drawing work for multiple one off residential schemes as well as commercial projects. As this is a small firm, you will have the opportunity to be client facing, and will pick up a great rounded suite of skills as an Architect in practice.
This firm are looking to hire a Part II Assistant who has good quality professional work experience and is keen to progress toward their Part III (as projects here will support this) – or you may be an Architectural Technologist with good quality technical skills. Either way, you will be a proficient Revit user, have first class communication skills and be able to deal with clients in a clear and professional manner. A full UK driving licence would be of benefit to your application.
