Requirement for multi-skilled tradesmen to start work for a public sector organisation carrying out maintenance on social housing

You will be responsible for gas plumbing, general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on void properties.

Previous experience carrying out similar works required.

Gas plumbing bias, so you must have relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)

As well as your core trade, you must be competent at completing other basic repairs/maintenance.
