Our client are a large, well-known construction business who are a leading infrastructure group based out of the UK. They are hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer to operate on a van mobile basis, with company van provided, to their own portfolio of commercial offices in London & the surrounding areas.
Your new role
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will carry out all manner of electrical maintenance and repair duties to a number of commercial properties across London. Key duties will include:

PPMs and reactive maintenance
-
Day-to-day electrical repairs (lights, sockets, switchfaces etc.)

Fuse boards etc.
-
Breakdowns etc.
-
Plant room repairs and escalations as required.

Planned maintenance and checks (emergency lighting etc.)
-
General maintenance where possible (basic plumbing, carpentry etc.) – this is not essential
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in operating as a maintenance electrician within a commercial environment. You will also require:

Electrical maintenance experience across all aspects of commercial property

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
-
18th edition
-
Gold CSCS or proof that you qualify for this (cost to prove can be covered)

Full UK driving license
