We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor working throughout Kent.

You’ll be working in occupied and void residential properties carrying out compliant repairs, maintenance and installation works.

What you need:

• City & Guilds/NVQ

• CSCS card

• Full UK driving licence

• Happy to be available on call out of hours 1 week in 4

• Previous experience in residential/social housing maintenance

• Skilled and competent in all aspects of residential carpentry work

• You’ll be a dependable and hard-working team member who is confident in dealing with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
