You will play a key role as part of technical infrastructure services working collaboratively to drive the business forward. In this position you will work with the team to prepare Windows 11 machines ready for deployment and assist to clear a backlog of tickets on the service desk. Generally, issues will be regarding Windows 10/11, Office 365 and other in-house applications.
