Hays are working with an established not for profit organisation in the Bedfordshire area who require an experienced Website Content and Migration Administrator to join them on an interim basis until the end of the year.
Your new role
This role will support the transformation of the current website and CRM system to a new host.
Key Duties:

Website information architecture
-
Help with the Web Content migration strategy

Decide which pages to migrate and which to archive
-
Decide which articles to copy and which to rewrite
-
Decide on tone of voice for the website
-
Has a good understanding of web usability and accessibility
-
Has a good understanding of best practice in web-based marketing comms
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience in website administration, CRM systems, and the ability to support the migration process efficiently. Experience in website security best practices and implementation, strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and effective communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
