Interim Head of Finance Opportunity (Bath) 3-6 month assignment starting March 2025. Flexible/Hybrid working available to support the CEO during a period of transition & permanent re-hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete finance cycle including the production and review of high-quality management information to support planning and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial legal/regulatory requirements.
- Lead the Finance Team (4 in total with 1 x direct report) to deliver excellent customer service for the business and stakeholders through the development of people, systems, and new technology.
Essential Requirements:
- Hit the ground running, providing immediate reassurance to the finance team, management, trustees, and wider team that things are in safe hands.
- Be a people person to help drive a positive culture around internal/external customer service.
- Possess a hands-on approach as a strong & personable finance leader who is confident in all aspects of finance.
- Have the ability to make a strategic impact quickly, working with the senior team and the commercial function to support wider strategic development and drive the development of a budget for next year.
- If confident & capable, there is potential to support a systems implementation process which the team is looking to do in August 2025.
