Hard Services Manager – Newark – Salary up to £45,000, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hard Services Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in collaboration with a leading utility company in Newark-On-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all hard services within our facilities, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively. You will also be:

Managing and supervising the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.

Coordinating with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.

Monitoring and managing budgets for maintenance and repair projects.

Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues.

Providing technical support and guidance to the facilities team.
To be successful, you will need to have proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role. You will also have strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems with excellent problem-solving skills. You will have a good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations whilst having the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
The position is a site-based role. However, you may be required to travel to other facilities within the contract as required.
