This prominent Scottish contracting group is looking for a qualified / finalist looking to join as Group Accountant. The company specialises in the construction of commercial buildings and has diversified its portfolio over time to include facilities management and civil engineering projects.
In your new role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks which include:
- Preparation of group management accounts
- Preparing daily & weekly cashflow reporting
- Purchase & Sales ledger reporting
- Daily banking reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
In order to be considered for the role, you must be a qualified ACCA / CA or CIMA candidate or have extensive industry experience within the construction / property sector. You may also be considered at the finalist stages of your exams and show drive to complete these studies in the immediate future.
As well as a hybrid working approach of 3 days in office / 2 days working from home, you would receive competitive annual leave and enhanced pension contribution. The role features a competitive salary and has the opportunity for a company performance bonus.
