The predicted salary is between 24000 - 33600 £ per year.

The team are responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas. This covers a large geographical area and our customers includes market rent, shared ownership and independent living communities on many estates or the whole estate. We also provide a reactionary service where we have to deal with hazards which can be anything from dumped items to clearing snow on our independent living blocks. They are also responsible for the management of the trees and like to retain as many as possible or replant if any are removed.

We have an exciting opportunity for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team based in Eastleigh and covering the local area.We’re looking for a proactive, great team player and someone with a good eye for detail who’s looking for a new challenge.Working within a team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges.

You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.You’ll be covering sites across Eastleigh and surrounding areas from our main base and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have previous grounds maintenance experience and ideally:

Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience

PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)

NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential)

A full driver’s licence (with towing licence desirable)
