The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.
As the Graduate Surveyor you will work within the Asset and Property Management division and will be involved with a range of duties in order to give you maximum experience for your APC. This is likely to include landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and property management. This role fully supports progression to achieving MRICS status. You will work alongside an experienced team of Chartered Surveyors and will also benefit from receiving APC training with your peer network.
In order to be successful for this role you will need to have an RICS Property related degree. Work experience within property is beneficial, but not essential. You will be required to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
