Your new role As the FP&A specialist, you\’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business. This is a forward-looking, commercially focused role where your insights will directly influence strategic planning and business performance. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts Supporting budgeting and long-term planning processes Conducting variance analysis and identifying key business drivers Partnering with department heads to provide financial insight and challenge Preparing board-level reports and dashboards Supporting investment appraisals and scenario planning What you\’ll need to succeed A background in FP&A, Finance Management, or Management Accounting Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills ( power BI also used in this business but not a pre-requisite) A commercial mindset and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders Experience in a fast-paced or scaling business environment is a plus A relevant accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable but not essential What you\’ll get in return Flexible working options available.
