Facilities Manager Wanted – Warrington
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities within the designated region. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for employees while optimising operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
– Oversee the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and equipment
– Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
– Develop and manage the facilities budget
– Coordinate with various departments to meet their facility-related needs
– Implement sustainable practices to reduce the company\’s environmental footprint
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of building systems and regulations
– Certification in Facility Management
