– Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards
– Develop and implement facility policies and procedures
– Assist with space planning and office moves
– Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management
Requirements:
– Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations
– Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
