The predicted salary is between 24000 - 26000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for minimising bad debt to maximise profit by collecting outstanding amounts. You will also be maintaining existing customer accounts to their terms & conditions. The role also includes renewing new credit account applications, handling general sales ledger queries and dealing sensitively with customers to maximise recovery of debts.

You will need previous experience working in a similar credit control role for a minimum of 2 years. Excellent telephone manner is important as you will need the confidence to handle customer calls of a sensitive or difficult nature. Being a good communicator and negotiator is vital, as is the ability to stay calm under pressure. The role requires you to be a team player, but also the ability to work well on your own initiative.
