Provide administrative assistance to the regional quality manager
Interact with colleagues, customers, sub contractors , maintaining a polite and helpful approach with all
Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of company and customer information
In all actions be a positive and helpful ambassador for the company
Ensure that internal company relationships with other departments, offices and business units/regions are positive and supportive
Support the set up of projects on SIMs
Provide SIMs training for the region internally and externally, producing guides where required Support with technical issues on SIMs, look into and/or contact support to resolve
Support with rolling out and training on new platforms as and when they arise and are in relation to Quality or Aftercare
Review projects within the region and produce report
Support Regional Quality manager with countdown to completion across the region
Coordinate aftercare for the project along with the Regional Quality Manager, log defects, issue to the supply chain and book in with the customer ensuring closed out within contract timescale and communication is kept with the customer providing regular updates.
What you’ll need to succeed
Driving licence due to the travel involved in this role.
Previous construction administration/ customer coordinator experience.

Working for a construction company in a full time permanent role. Within this role you would be expected to travel to Plymouth, Slough, Bristol, Cardiff and Southampton on a regular basis. So you must be happy to travel to any of these sites as and when needed.
The role is full time Monday – Friday standard office hours.
It is paying £28k with either £4,200 car allowance or company car plus 14p per mile fuel.
