Role Overview: The client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to assist the Finance & Commercial (F&C) Manager in addressing commercial challenges, managing monthly processes, and providing essential support with financial management across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling and tracking Contract Change Notices (CCNs)
- Preparing client billing and KPI performance packs
- Monitoring weekly KPI performance
Core Duties:
- Reviewing customer invoicing to ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
- Pricing and compiling responses to Contract Change Notices (CCNs).
- Tracking CCNs' progress through to Contract Amendments.
- Reviewing Contract Amendments and preparing documents for stakeholder approvals (including bank approvals).
- Compiling reports on contract activity against Statements of Requirements (SORs).
- Attending client-facing commercial meetings.
- Compiling and processing Capital Expenditure Authorisations (CEAs) for new spending.
- Updating order book details with expected and actual capital asset expenditures.
- Overseeing the disposal process of company assets.
- Updating the intergroup master hire pricing agreement for year-end reporting.
- Supporting insurance processes, including renewals and claims, in collaboration with brokers.
- Assisting the purchasing function with client onboarding and contracting processes.
- Providing support during the annual business audit.
- Undertaking ad hoc finance and commercial tasks as needed.
