ResponsibilitiesAs Co-Headteacher, you will:

Lead and manage the school in partnership with the Co-Headteacher, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational outcomes and student well-being.

RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate who

Holds a qualified teacher status (QTS) and has substantial experience in a leadership role within an SEN setting.
