Part Time Client Bookkeeper job opportunity based near Harpenden. Our client is a well-established accountancy firm based just outside of Luton. As a Client Bookkeeper, you will be working with a varied client portfolio covering tasks such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, payment processing, and financial forecasting. You will be ideally skilled in cloud-based bookkeeping software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing management accounts from client records.
  • Posting entries and reconciling accounts for management reporting.
  • Maintaining clients' cashbooks using various software systems.
  • Assisting in VAT return preparation and analysis.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to resolve queries.

This role can be on either a Part Time (c25 hours) or Full Time basis. Free on-site parking is available in a rural setting, so a car is required to get to the office.
