We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a Business Analyst to join the Futures and Derivatives team in Belfast to partake in the front to back review of the business needs.
Key Criteria:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Knowledge on Futures and Options products and Clearing industry.
- Experience of working across multiple disciplines within finance or related industry.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate front-to-back control processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies for target Operating Models, BRDs, User Stories, and Test Cases.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Communicate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements for changes to control processes.
- Identify, document, and analyse business requirements against risk through process discovery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
Although the role is initially for a 12-month period there is a high possibility of extension.
