A national consultancy specialising in high end and high rise residential sector projects. They currently have two offices across the UK and are looking to grow their presence in Manchester. They are now looking for an ambitious senior building surveyor looking to step-up into a business development role or an associate building surveyor that will still be hands-on as well as grow the Manchester presence.

Permanent position for an ambitious building surveyor looking to grow their career., In this role you will be delivering the building surveys, predominantly on residential sector properties, though there may be some commercial and industrial properties as well. The value of the projects is generally between £10k – £500k though there is the ocassional £3 mil project.
