Your new company
You will be working for a global travel/events company in the heart of London assisting with the management accounts. The company is extremely dynamic and is constantly growing. They need this person to come in for the next 8-9 months.
Your new role
You will be assisting with the following duties:

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for 3 entities.

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Prepare VAT returns
-
Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

Reconcile balance sheets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
-
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
-
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.

Support the implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyse financial information.

Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
-
You need to have experience with month end, assisting with accruals, prepayments etc.
-
You need to have a dynamic approach to your work.

They use Netsuite and Excel
