An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a finance team in South Bristol. The organisation are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant, initially for three months. The organisation offer hybrid, flexible working opportunities. Duties include:

  • Processing invoices

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Entering business’ financial records

  • Creating transactions in company ledger

  • Raising PO numbers

  • Managing aspects of payroll

  • Good experience in a similar role with accounts payable and receivable

  • Experience working with balance sheet account preparation

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Great communication skills
