APC Building Surveyor
Cobalt are delighted to be working with a well-established independent practice of Building Surveyors who provide a range of professional services working on a variety of prestigious projects within the commercial and residential sectors.
They now have an exciting opportunity to join as a Building Surveyor in their London Twickenham office, playing an integral role on their residential team working on project values ranging up to £3 million.
Remuneration:
£30,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

Job Role:
Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join their close-knit team to provide professional building surveying services like dilapidations and party wall awards. They cover the UK with multiple offices that span from London, Midland, and the North.
You will also be mentored by a Chartered Building Surveyor within the team, evaluating existing residential buildings to identify and analyse defects and determine their condition, gaining exposure to various project work, undertaking feasibility studies, site inspections and writing up reports.
Requirements:
- Completing or have completed APC
- Proven experience working across Building Surveying and Project Management
- A demonstrable knowledge of building standards and planning regulations
