A healthcare business based in Brighton is looking for a permanent Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are going through a period of growth due to the huge success of the company. They are an independent healthcare provider working in partnership with the NHS to provide specialist services.
Your new roleWorking in a team of 10, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling any inbound queries via phone and email and maintain patient records. Key duties include:

Ensure all inboxes and phone services are monitored, and responses are accurate and efficient

Update company systems and access patient information and clinical data

Communicate clinical outcomes with patients

Liaise with consultants on any technical queries or patient concerns

You will be handling confidential patient information in a sensitive and discreet manner whilst adhering to GDRP regulations.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to provide support for a fast-growing business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and you will be able to communicate in a sensitive and sympathetic manner via telephone and email. You will have the ability to organise your workload and adapt to process changes. The successful candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience from any industry.
In return, you will receive an annualised salary of GBP25,000. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working after training. You will work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week). This company also offers an annual discretionary bonus scheme.What you need to do now
