Your new role
-
Ensuring accurate input of information into the accounts system.

Contributing proactively to the timely payment of suppliers.

Building strong relationships with internal staff to ensure timely submission of delivery tickets from construction sites.

Monitoring and reporting non-conformance.
-
Inputting delivery tickets into the accounts system.
-
Liaising with internal staff and external suppliers regarding proof of delivery and invoice queries.
-
Maintaining the supplier and subcontractor database, including processing new applications and renewing insurance.

Inputting weekly employee timesheets into the accounts system.
-
Supporting the Commercial Administrator and other disciplines as required.

Promoting health and safety and adhering to the company’s Health and Safety Policy.

Complying with the company’s Equality and Diversity Policy, ensuring fair and non-discriminatory behaviour at all times.

Assisting with office administration tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The ability to form and develop relationships with suppliers and customers.

Knowledge of health and safety policies.

Familiarity with the Coins system and wages system (desired but not essential)

Strong communication skills at all levels.
