Are you an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys managing complex employee relations cases and providing practical, people-focused HR support? We're working with a large, purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation seeking an HR professional to join their team on an interim basis until December. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within an organisation committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities it serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation
- Supporting organisational change and HR projects where required
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
About You
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
- Available to start at short notice
