An exciting QA Admin contract job has arisen for a Quality Systems & Compliance Associate (Contract) to join the Quality Compliance & Systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This on-site, full-time position operates Monday to Friday, day shift.
In this role, you will support a wide range of Quality Assurance and Quality Management System activities, with particular focus on sterile manufacturing operations. It is a hands-on role that offers valuable experience for candidates at an early stage of their QA or compliance career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting supplier and vendor assurance activities
- Assisting with internal and external audit preparation and follow-up
- Supporting document and record management across departments
- Monitoring quality metrics and following up with action owners
- Supporting site training curricula as a subject matter contributor
- Performing basic trend analysis and reporting quality performance data
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing and distributing internal quality communications
- Using electronic Quality Management Systems (deviations, documents, training platforms)
What you'll need to succeed:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a scientific degree (or equivalent)
- Have a strong interest in Quality Assurance and regulated environments
- Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong administrative experience in a pharma setting
