Your new company has exclusively partnered with an innovative, growing biotech to hire a scientist into their R&D team. You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a highly experienced team and state-of-the-art labs.

Your new role involves quality immune profiling data using advanced cytometry and single cell technologies. This is a fully lab-based position, working on a major, long-term project for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out high parameter flow cytometry assays (including 15 colour panels) to measure immune phenotype and function
  • Performing isolation of immune cells from human blood samples
  • Preparing samples for single cell RNA sequencing workflows
  • Supporting data analysis, reporting, and storage of experimental results
  • Maintaining quality control standards across assays and laboratory processes
  • Performing routine instrument calibration and QC checks
  • Troubleshooting deviations from protocols and supporting assay optimisation
  • Contributing to laboratory operations, sample logistics, and reagent management
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting ongoing research projects

Due to the nature of the work, some weekend (Saturday) working may be required.
